This group provides the opportunity to learn and practice Carl Jung's Active Imagination technique in an environment of fun and support. Active Imagination is a fantastic tool for exploring your inner world and learning more about yourself. We use a combination of making images and dialogue to open up new communication between the outer, everyday you and deeper, inner parts of you.
